You'll be stationed at a single location, with multiple sites available in the area. On-call duties are minimal, primarily serving as backup for Advanced Practitioners.

JOB SUMMARY:

As a primary care provider in outpatient settings, you'll manage a range of medical issues within your specialty while also providing training and supervision to Advanced Practitioners and possibly residents or students.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver direct patient care to support the client's mission.
• Supervise Advanced Practitioners, including clinical teaching and providing feedback.
• May supervise residents or students as needed.
• Attend provider meetings and other required sessions.
• Maintain patient records, billing, and leave requests in accordance with hospital policies.
• Participate in Quality Assurance activities as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Experience working with patients across all age groups.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, PREFERRED:

• Experience working with migrant Spanish-speaking populations.
